Since 2001, David Tupper and Associates,( DTA) has worked with architects, developers, city officials, and homeowners associations on an array of many different types of projects including residential site planning. commercial and industrial properties, corporate facilities, and housing developments.   The President of the company, David Tupper,  has over 34 years of Landscape Architectural and construction management experience and is a registered Landscape Architect in the state of Minnesota.
