Project Description: Palmer Pointe is a high-end neighborhood development in Minnetrista, Minnesota.  Located on the bluffs between Lake Minnetonka and Lake Zumbra, this 56-acre woodland setting provided an opportunity to incorporate the natural setting into a beautiful place to live. 

DTA was involved in various aspects of the development process including:

• Initial tree inventory, site analysis, and Tree Preservation study and plan development
• Landscape Architecucture for the  Palmer Pointe's private beach house.
• Landscape Site design, entry monumentation, development signage, tree and plant material specificaitons, irrigation design, and lighting.
