Our Design Process

• Consultation/Initial Meeting: We begin with a free consultation at your home where we will discuss your landscape vision and needs.  At this meeting, we will begin to formulate ideas on what might work on your site.  This meeting will also give us insight on your "investment" or what the budget might be for your project.
• Conceptual Design Process:  During this phase of the design process, we create conceptual ideas based on information received during our initial consultation.  Once conceptual ideas and sketches are prepared, a second meeting is scheduled with you to review these ideas along with estimated budget costs with material alternatives for the installation of your project.  
• Final Design Review: With input from you after our conceptual design review, we will create the final design which shows the project in its entirety including construction drawings, layout plans, details and specifications for your project.
• Installation Process:  After receiving all costs related to the construction of your project, DTA will then prepare an accurate cost estimate and contract for your review.  Next, we create a detailed construction timeline for your project so that an understanding of the sequence of construction activities can be seen.  DTA will supervise all aspects of the installation process of your landscape project and can always be within reach to answer any questions you may have.  We guarantee your full satisfaction from start to finish.
